How do I cancel a full-session of classes that I have registered for and paid?
If at any time during a session you are not satisfied, please provide notice and give us the opportunity to understand and make any necessary improvements to win your business. We will gladly refund your money, minus a $25 processing fee, on a pro-rated basis after receiving written notice of cancellation.
How do I cancel a summer camp I have registered for?
Each week of camp requires a $100/wk non-refundable deposit upon registration. For summer 2016, the remaining camp balance will be billed on April 1st, 2016. Any cancellations beyond this point can result in a forfeiture of your entire camp payment.

How do I cancel a day camp or week long camp that I have registered for?
We require at least 30 days notice before canceling a day camp or a week long camp, such as winter break or spring break. Each camp requires a non-refundable deposit ranging from $50 to $100 dollars at registration. The remaining balance is typically billed 30 days prior to the beginning of camp. Canceling a camp within 30 days can result in a forfeiture of your entire camp payment.

How do I cancel a birthday party?
We request at least 60 days notice before canceling parties. Birthday parties include a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve your space. Upon receiving notice of cancellation, we will make every effort to sell your time slot, unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the party will be charged the week prior.
How do I get my money back for a missed class?
If you have selected a class pack, missed classes may be made-up within 60 days at no additional charge. KSL does not provide refunds for missed classes. Make-ups may be made in any class, per availability. Monthly memberships must be used in the respective month.
What if my registration was not confirmed?
We make every attempt to assign you to the class of your choice. Sometimes classes may not be available based on capacity. If for any reason, your email or phone registration was not received, we apologize. Just make us aware and we will provide an opportunity for your child to take a trial class and/or confirm their paid registration.
